After receiving his business administration degree from UCF, he was tasked by a local entrepreneur in the printing industry with building their financial reporting and purchasing systems. This became one of the pivotal roles in the business sales growth ($1M to $10M), profit growth and two facility expansions.

He then entered the construction industry as a building superintendent where he completed 125 – 150 homes or townhomes in a little over 2 years. He was elevated by local directors to a position for improving operations toward increased unit completions and sales closing.
