Matt grew up greatly impacted by the influence of the non-profits and ministries around him. He’s also had numerous first-hand experiences in a wide variety of church and independent school settings. After spending the first part of his career serving amazing clients in Silicon Valley, all in a Big 4 public accounting firm, he transitioned into industry primarily serving non-profits, ministries, as well as organizations in the education sector. He also has experience in the manufacturing, fintech, and entertainment industries.
Building and optimizing your organization’s infrastructure may not be headline-worthy work in most people’s eyes, but it is for Matt. He has seen organizations rise and fall based on the health of key infrastructural components, and he is passionate about helping leaders in organizations marshal their resources and deepen their understanding of business concepts to elevate the team’s work and become more effective in achieving their unique goals and mission.
